Who can register for an account on uk.fillmed.com?

Medical professionals (Doctor, Nurse, Dentist, Pharmacist), therapists with level 3 or 4 qualifications or clinic manager & business owners can register for an account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including AMEX.

Do you offer payment terms?

We will shortly be offering payment terms to selected corporate accounts, subject to status and acceptance.

What products are restricted?

We only supply Art Filler and MHA-18 to medical professionals.

Where is my order?

Orders placed before 3pm are usually shipped the same working day, in stock products ship within 1-2 business days.

What is your customer service open times?

Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, please leave a message outside of these times, and a member of the team will contact you.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Please login to your uk.fillmed.com account, all in stock products are displayed, some products are available to back order, please check the item description for the lead / delivery times.

What can I do if my card payment is declined?

Please double check your card details and the address to which the card is registered. Please make sure you have sufficient funds available.  Try an alternative card. If the problem persist, please contact customer service on 0800 999 1685

Who can book FILLMED regional training?

Art Filler course and training is only open to registered medical professionals.

NCTF training is open to medical professionals and level 3 or 4 therapists.

Why can’t I see the product prices?
