Customers need to spend / purchase a minimum of 89 GBP (not including Shipping / Delivery or VAT) this is our MOV (Minimum Order Value) on each order. We are unable to process orders under this value.
Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns, unless the items are defective or have been damaged in transit.
Why should I purchase products from this website?
Who can register for an account on uk.fillmed.com?
Medical professionals (Doctor, Nurse, Dentist, Pharmacist), therapists with level 3 or 4 qualifications or clinic manager & business owners can register for an account.
What are the delivery / shipping charges?
Orders over 350 GBP have a reduced delivery fee of 6 GBP in the UK & Northern Ireland
Orders Under 350 GBP have a delivery fee of 10 GBP in the UK & Northern
The minimum order value is 89 GBP not including delivery fee.
Orders for the Republic of Ireland have a delivery fee of 25 GBP & are not subject to VAT
Our logistics partner currently uses a number of delivery services including: DPD, Parcel Force (Royal Mail) & DHL if you have a particular preference of which service you would like to use, you can add this to the shipping instructions at checkout. We do not guarentee to use your chosen service, but will atempt to where and when possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including AMEX.
We have been trialing the ability to pay by Bank Transfer, we will soon be offering this payment option at checkout, please look out for this new feature.
Do you offer payment terms?
We have recently introduced the option of opening a FILLMED credit account, these accounts are subject to status and acceptance and are only available to customers who’s purchases exceed 10,000 GBP per anum. Please contact us on 0800 999 1685 for further details.
What products are restricted?
We only supply Art Filler to medical professionals.
Where is my order?
Orders placed before 3pm are usually processed the same working day, in stock products ship within 2 business days. At peak times
shipping can take longer. If your order has not arrived in 3-4 business days, please contact us via email info.uk@fillmed.com.

What are your customer service open times?
Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, please leave a message outside of these times, and a member of the team will contact you. If our team is unavailable, please leave a voicemail and we will respond as soon as possible.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Please login to your uk.fillmed.com account, all in stock products are displayed, we currently do not allow backorders.
What can I do if my card payment is declined?
We advise all customers, please do not check-out using saved credit or debit card details, you will need to type your card details into the relevant boxes on the check-out page each time you place an order.
Please double check your card details and the address to which the card is registered. Please make sure you have sufficient funds available. Try an alternative card. If the problem persist, please contact customer service on 0800 999 1685
Who can book FILLMED regional training?
Art Filler course and training is only open to registered medical professionals.
NCTF training is open to medical professionals and level 3 or 4 therapists.
