Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping basket. E-Learning, training and webinars can also be added to your basket as well. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Order now’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
FILLMED provides products and support to Medical Professionals and Therapists. Medical pins or Certificates at Level 3 & 4 are required at the point of registrations to show relevant qualifications must be provided before purchases can be made. For prescribers we are able to offer a prescription service upon validation of your pin. Please note: We only supply dermal fillers & MHA 18 to UK & Irish registered medical professionals.

Shipping and Handling

Where a split delivery of products is agreed, shipping will only be charged once.
For NORTHERN IRELAND, shipping can arrive next day, providing your order is received by 12 o’clock Monday to Thursday. Please note, there may be further delays to your order depending on the ability to get your delivery over, the Irish couriers and some other key factors.
For the Republic of Ireland, please be aware, customs and duty charges are likely to apply. We now offer a unique service to our prescribing customers in the RI. You can now choose to write a prescription, which will offset your duty and VAT and can be delivered between 12 – 24 hours from delivery. Most orders are shipped with a tracking number and require acknowledgement of delivery. If acknowledgement is not available when the delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising where the parcel is held. It is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collect the parcel within 7 days of the date of the card. In the event that correctly delivered goods are returned to FILLMED C/o M A Group by the carrier the company reserves the right to charge for any goods not suitable for re sale together with any direct costs incurred and an administration charge not to exceed 10% of the purchase price of the goods.
We will normally ship your order for delivery on the next working day on orders placed by 12 pm Monday to Friday. Please contact us for delivery information for International orders including Ireland and Jersey.
If your item is not in stock, we may be able to take a back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Where a back order is incurred due to ‘offers’ or ‘bundle buying’ and not all products are immediately available, you must agree to split delivery before any items are dispatched. In the case not all items are available at the time of purchasing you have an option to cancel the entire order. If you agree to a split delivery but later decide to cancel items on back order, any pricing benefits from offers or bundles are forfeit and you will be charged at the standard price per item for products delivered and refunded any remaining balance.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If your delivery country is outside of the union VAT will automatically be deducted from your order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
All of our products come with a 14 day guarantee. If you consider the product to be faulty in any way please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue. You will then be issued with a prepaid label to post it back to us. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price at your request. Please use original packaging where possible or ensure items are properly secured.
CryoLED comes with a 3 year warranty. Any fault should be reported to email@example.com at the earliest opportunity.

FILLMED C/o M A Group fully recognises all consumer protection Laws. Please refer to the section headed ‘Guarantee’. Due to the nature of the products returns cannot be accepted. Please ensure that the products ordered are correct for the indications you propose to treat, as there are no exceptions. Shortages or non-delivery must be notified within 7 days of invoice date.
The CryoLED device offers a 14 day cooling off period. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of £100.00. Any CryoLED training delivered is discounted from any refund entitlement at a cost of £300.00. When purchasing the ‘CryoLED Starter Kit Bundle’, a return with only be accepted for the CryoLED device itself. Skin Perfusion items are not returnable/refundable due to their nature. Any other discounts received at the time of purchasing will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Payment must be made in full by an accepted credit or debit card at the time of placing the order.
Training & Events
Upon booking training with us you understand that;
Training kits are provided, these kits are non returnable or refundable once they are dispatched. If you use product from your training kit prior to training, we are unable to replace or sell any products to you on the day of your training and you may be unable to carry out the practical.
You are required to watch the theory part of your training BEFORE you attend the practical training. This is both for you knowledge and for the safety of your model. You must also sit the test paper and pass to 80% to ensure your retention of information to carry out the practical. You may be refused entry to the practical day without having participated in the theory first.
Although FILLMED products are included in your training kit, other consumables are not, such as dressing packs, gauze, gloves, etc. You should be prepared to bring additional products that you usually use during treatment to ensure you have everything you need. A brief list of recommended items is detailed on each course description. You are responsible for your kit during your training. We are unable to replace items that are left at the venue, missing or stolen.
If a training date you book is cancelled due to any reason, you will be offered a new date to attend. Especially in the current circumstances, cancellation is sometimes unavoidable and although we appreciate this is an inconvenience, we are unable to offer any other form of compensation. Refund are not applicable once you have received your training kit. You may use products within your training kit, but we recommend speaking to your Regional Account Manager to ensure you will have enough to complete your training.
FILLMED paid ticket events
We reserve the right to refuse tickets to those who are not practicing aesthetic or beauty professionals or involved within the aesthetics industry.
In the unlikely event that a FILLMED event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure, natural causes directly and exclusively without human intervention and that could not have been prevented by any amount of foresight, pains and care reasonably to have been expected, we will offer an equivalent ticket or booking at a reorganised event date. No refunds will be available for ticket purchases due to force majeure.
Any written request to purchase a ticket via an email instruction whereby the booking has been acknowledged by the organiser, shall be deemed to be treated as a booking.
Tickets purchased are not refundable, if the guest is unable to attend the event under any circumstances, but the ticket may be transferred to another individual to use, however FILLMED must be notified of the reissue of the ticket and been presented with the full details of the person attending at firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise access may be denied.
When purchasing tickets via the website, all details must be clearly displayed including full contact information requested for all attendees including name, position/profession or connection to the clinic business, email address. The tickets will be posted to the shipping address of the purchaser ONLY. The organiser accepts no liability for any omission made for this information by a customer, and cannot guarantee the safe dispatch of any tickets due to any errors of information supplied on booking form, or any omissions.
We cannot guarantee ticket availability for all requests. When all tickets have been sold, bookings will be closed, and a stand by waiting list will be implemented. All notifications as such will be made visible on the www.fillmed.co.uk, and on social media platforms.
We reserve the right to rescind and withdraw any tickets, if the recipient enters into any activity or matter whereby the organiser and the event are brought into disrepute, such as a personal or professional legal matter, or a criminal conviction or pending court case, a pending investigation by a regulatory authority, negative press and media relating to an individual, business or a brand, anti-social behaviour or misconduct on social media that amounts to racism, sexism, or harassment or bullying of any nature.
The views of any presenter, speaker or entertainer appearing at the event will be the views solely of the speaker concerned and the organiser accepts no responsibility for them.
By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the knowledge that there will be photography and videography of the event which you are likely to appear in. Media from the event will be shown online and used in future advertising campaigns.
How to register to join the FILLMED UK 360 Rewards program – Putting the TREAT in Treatments!
Apply for a professional account at uk.fillmed.com or hold a valid, verified, professional account at uk.fillmed.com. You must have completed all essential information within your accounts page and select that you wish to join the reward program.
For existing customers as of the 20th of January 2023, you will automatically be added to the 360 Reward program unless you opt out. You can do this within your account page. You may opt in or out at any time. Members can choose to leave the program at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or coupons already accrued or issued.
All accounts must have a resident UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Island, or Isle of Man address. Changes of address must be notified to us via your online account page.
Spend £1, earn 1 point ( 1 point = £0.05) Some products carry a higher point value and is subject to change without notice.

You can spend points up to your available points balance. Points are applied immediately after your order has been shipped. Points cannot be redeemed until credited to a uk.fillmed.com account.
Your points balance is displayed in your account portal. You will also find qualifying coupon codes to use throughout the year that are specific to you.
You’ll be able to select whether to redeem points against an order in the basket, straight from your account.
Earn points by spending
Certain products may have a higher point accrual value. This is subject to change.
The number of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought and the amount spent.
FILLLMED UK is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
You’ll be able to redeem points at each basket so long as you shop with us a minimum of once every 12 months. This included purchase training of all kinds.
Points have no cash value.
Points are not applied at standard selling price. Points are applied in the basket and allocated in line with our terms and conditions.
Points are not applied at the standard selling price where other benefits are eligible to be used in conjunction with the program. Points are only applied at the final basket and will only apply to the £1’s that qualify.
Points have no expiry date** but are lost if the relevant FILLMED UK account is closed or the 360 Rewards programme ends. Where points may have been redeemed for a Voucher carrying a specified discount or benefit, the coupon will have an expiry date specified on it and will be subject to any other terms and conditions stated on the Voucher or otherwise publicised.
Redeemed points cannot be used again. If a transaction on which points are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed, or not completed, we will reverse the associated points movement. If insufficient points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, Rewards may be refused or cancelled.
Points awarded at the time of the transaction or coupons already issued may be removed or cancelled if FILLMED UK determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
Points are non-transferable
Goods, services and/or discounts are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
In addition to all terms and conditions in this section, this 360 Reward program is subject to FILLMED UK own terms and conditions.
Points can only be earned, held, or redeemed as set out in these Rules. Any other use, award, sale, exchange, or transfer of points, or attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Rules. Any points not earned and held in accordance with these Rules will be invalid and cannot be redeemed for Rewards.
Promotional Coupon Codes
Points cannot be redeemed, and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, subscription, promotion, or discounted rate, unless otherwise stated.
Coupons can be used as part payment. If the price of the goods exceeds this value, the balance must be paid on purchase.
Points cannot be collected on any elements of the transaction which is paid for by redeeming points.
If the price of the goods is less than the final value, no change will be given.
Coupons cannot be used to obtain cash advances, nor can they be sold or transferred for value.
Only one uk.fillmed.com code supplied in exchange for 360 rewards points can be entered per transaction.
You must use your coupon code in full in one transaction. If the value of your order on uk.fillmed.com falls below the value of the coupon code you have used, the coupon code will be removed from the order and the remainder taken from the credit or debit card you used to make your payment.
A uk.fillmed.com coupon code not used by their expiry date will not be accepted on uk.fillmed.com and cannot be refunded.
We may make changes to these Rules and will give the collector as much notice as we reasonably can. Earning or redeeming points on a FILLMED UK account will constitute acceptance of the revised Rules. We may suspend or terminate 360 Rewards but will give as much notice as we reasonably can before we do so. If this happens all 360 Rewards points will be suspended or terminated. If we sell or transfer 360 Rewards to another company, we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Rules without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all information we hold about Primary Collectors and Additional Collectors to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of such Primary Collectors and Additional Collectors in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.
